Rain and Cancellation Policy

At Eagles Tennis, we know that weather can be unpredictable. Here’s how we handle rain or other unexpected cancellations:

Partial Class Interrupted by Rain

• If we’re past the halfway mark:
  If we’ve already completed 50% or more of the class before the rain starts, we’ll finish what we can and cancel the remaining portion of that session.

• If we haven’t reached half:
  If the rain kicks in before we complete half the class, don’t worry—we’ll make up the missed time on another day.

Full Cancellation Due to Rain or Other Unexpected Events

• When a class has to be canceled because of rain (or another unforeseen issue), we’ll reschedule that session within the current program whenever possible.

• If we’re unable to offer a makeup within the session, you’ll receive a credit for a future session.
